Bullet Resistant Glass

Bullet-resistant glass (often referred to as “Bullet Proof”) is classified to a set of standardized levels of ballistic protection, for example BR1 through BR7 as determined by the European standard EN 1063. These classes are used to evaluate the ability of a material or product to withstand penetration by different types of ammunition. The testing process involves firing multiple rounds of various calibres and velocities at the material or product from varying distances and angles.
