ANTCAM securely stores your data in accordance with the KVKK, using appropriate technical and administrative measures. Data are accessible only to authorized personnel and are not shared with third parties except where legally required.
Data Transfer:
Your personal data may be shared only with legally authorized public institutions, banks for financial operations, attorneys for legal obligations, audit firms, and contracted service providers when necessary.

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• To request correction if data are incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request deletion or destruction of data,
• To request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties,
• To object to processing that produces adverse results through automated systems,
• To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can exercise your rights by applying:

• Through a notary public or registered mail.
ANTCAM will evaluate and respond to your request within 30 days. This policy may be updated to comply with future legal changes.
Building Entrance and Camera Notice:
Security cameras are used in ANTCAM A.Ş. building entrances and work areas to ensure safety. These recordings are used solely for security purposes and may be shared with judicial authorities when required. Monitoring is managed by the IT department.
