Insulating Glass

Insulating glass is produced by combining two or more glass panes with a controlled gap between them to provide thermal and acoustic insulation. This gap is typically filled with dry air or special gases such as argon, and the edges of the glass are sealed with high-performance sealants to prevent thermal bridging.

During production, the glass surfaces are meticulously cleaned and assembled using spacer bars and desiccant materials. This structure enhances energy efficiency while maximizing indoor comfort. By reducing the impact of seasonal temperature differences on the interior, insulating glass prevents heat loss in winter and excessive heat gain in summer.

Applications

Insulating glass is preferred in residential buildings, commercial structures, offices, hotels, and all types of constructions where energy efficiency and comfort are prioritized.
