Glass Processing Production Lines

GRINDING MACHINES: The process of glazing the edges and corners of glass with degrees of 90 and 45 is called flat edging while glazing in the shape of bow is called braided or C edging. Graded edging, on the other hand, is called profile edging. 

 

CNC MACHINE: CNC Machine are used to drill, grind and cut glass units on CNC machines in line with the respective technical drawings. In our facility, glass doors, shaped glasses and decorative glass products are processed using CNC glass processing machines.

 

GLASS HOLE DRIILLING MACHINE: This drilling machine drills holes for screws and handles on glass doors and glass panels. During this process, the glass is drilled using drill bits of varying diameters, with and without countersinks.
